Buff Orpington

The Buff Orpington breed is classified as a "heavy" breed. The hens get to be about 8 pounds. They are winter-hardy as long as they are not subjected to drafts. They lay big light pinkish brown eggs.
Their temperament is calm and friendly making them excellent with pets and children.

Amrocks

These are quite a rare breed in this country. They are large tame birds which i can only describe as looking like convicts with their black and white stripes. We have just got some breeding stock ready for next year
